Collecting your children from school

At Stanburn Primary School we take Safeguarding very seriously.

At collection time, if not collecting your child yourself, you need to ensure that you have authorised two people to collect your child on your behalf.  This way, teachers can ensure that they are sending your children home with a trusted adult. This adult must be 16 years of age or over.

We recognise that sometimes you may need to send someone to collect your child for whom you have not previously given authority. If this is the case, you must call the school as soon as possible to let us know who will be collecting. We will request a one-time password for use on that day only.

Unless children have 'walk home alone' permission (Years 5 & 6 only), the children are dismissed only to a trusted adult.
