Ms D’Souza has worked in education for over 30 years, the last 15 of which have been in leadership. She believes in creating an ambitious, inclusive and nurturing school community where every pupil, regardless of background or prior ability, is supported to thrive. She pursues excellence across all aspects of school life, ensuring that pupils not only achieve highly academically, but also develop confidence, resilience, strong values and a lifelong love of learning.

Mrs Hartland is an experienced senior leader who leads on Teaching & Learning and Curriculum. She is committed to providing every child with an ambitious, inclusive and well-rounded education, underpinned by high-quality teaching and a carefully sequenced curriculum. She is passionate about developing a curriculum that inspires pupils, celebrates diversity and broadens their experiences.

Mrs Malik has worked in education for 17 years with experience in both KS1 and KS2.  She believes in leading by example and supporting those around her. She strives to build confidence in pupils, instilling good values and believes that all pupils can succeed and achieve their full potential.

Miss Crane has worked at Stanburn for 18 years. Her love lies in Early Years, where she believes early intervention and parent partnership can directly impact the development of lifelong learning skills. Leading on Inclusion through a multi-agency approach, she is committed to ensuring that every child receives the additional support they may need to succeed.​

Miss Ciapryna has been working in education for over a decade and has many years of experience leading KS1. She is committed to ensuring that all children gain the skills they need to reach their full potential whilst enjoying their time in school. Her passion is Early Reading and she is dedicated to supporting pupils, parents and staff early on in school so that every child, regardless of background or ability, gets off to a flying start.
